Music Room is a sound-proof listening cocoon inspired by dedicated vinyl bars found throughout Japan and Europe. The aim is high-fidelity listening in a place of exceptional design with a killer bar. Sensual and warm, sophisticated and welcoming.
THE ALBUM
Performed to sell out audiences at the Moscow Conservatory and Melbourne Recital Centre, Praeludium y Fuga was masterfully recorded in 2019 at Rachmaninov Hall LIVE, and has been pressed to 12″ vinyl as a limited edition release via contrapuntal (500 copies, contrapuntal 006). View the Catalog

THE ARTWORK: MATTHEW JOHNSON
The artwork design for each of Skepper’s albums is a deep collaboration with a fine artist, who engage with sound and music in their own creative practice. The artwork painted by the inimitable Matthew Johnson is a culmination of a two decade long friendship between the artists, and a beautiful visual abstraction of the sonic palette that is Praeludium y Fuga.
